Day 1 of the perfect 5 bite challenge – snickers or payday for me for lunch and dinner!!
This is going to help me reach a milestone that is very important!!

7 pounds is amazing!!! I did reach a new low number this week, but I am going to wait until Monday to update my tracker to see how low I get!!!
Countdown to -100 total pounds lost!!! (Will be 74 I think with slimming station).

The best I did was when I had a perfect week and lost 7 pounds. I was a bit disappointed, but I had already been losing weight.

We are out of town now, so this number might even be better. I weighed on Friday before we left. I was -65 down with slimming station and 9 pounds to my -100 total all time loss!!!

Well I did not give myself the gift of a perfect week, but I had 3 perfect days. I will keep striving for perfection. I feel so weak willed, but I

Yes, your weight loss will slow a little bit, but you just dropped another 10 pounds and you’re already under 150. You should be in the 130’s by Thanksgiving!!

Right. You are still on a perfect path. The weight loss should continue at the 1-2 pounds per day rate. You are doing GREAT!!!

Yes, Allison … fantastic!! That’s the whole point of losing weight. Not just to get healthier to get off your meds, but to truly make the body healthy. I love it!!!

Yesterday, my doctor took me off my bp meds completely! She had reduced them a few weeks ago. Now I am off of them!

I had a small blip today, but I got right back on track. I am not looking back. Thank you guys for the support. I am staying on the challenge and not letting a tiny set back keep me down.

Yesterday was a perfect day! Woohoo! I am hungry right now, but I am too excited about having a perfect week to give in to my habitual snacking today! I am reminding myself those extra bites are just not worth it.
