Yeah my real starting weight was 370 🫣😳

So glad it is getting easier! I agree those archives are priceless. And I think about often. And wonder how they’re doing.

It will happen! My real starting weight is 321, but I had lost some before Slimming Station.

I agree on the no daily weighing – I think I need to stop too.  My best weeks were when I didn’t peak!

Congrats Allison. Great news. Now I am back to my low weight, I am going to try not to weigh too often. I just can’t seem to help myself lol

That is the best!!!!  Enjoying vacation and getting right back on!!  Regain pounds feel the worst!!!  Happy for you!!! So far, I have lost -3 of my regain.  Hoping for a couple more before Monday’s weigh-in.

For whatever reason the hunger seems harder today then yesterday.

Maybe if I get more sleep this weekend it will help.

I am now back to my pre- Europe weight in 4 days – I dropped 1.7lbs before focusing back on 5 bites. This feels like magic, but hopefully the hunger settles

Day 3 and down another 2.9lbs since yesterday

So I am back to below what I was before I went away. So happy about this. It has been a tough few days though. Hopefully I can start to settle into a routine now and keep my hungerstat low. Hope you are doing well Elizabeth
