Day two here already. Had a really good night sleep tummy feels so good this morning.
Friday is my day off so officially my weekend starts today for three days

Wonderful post kathe! Great insight. Absolutely right with the weight loss. Being perfect is the way forward. Lots of water and coffee and five bites x 2 day.

You DO look like you are perfectly at goal right where you are. And for you, at 5’11, 124 is perfect. I wouldn’t go below 120 for sure.

Lettie thank you but I do have excess weight around my middle and bottom.
I may revise my weight loss to 16 pounds. Just having my coffee now for breakfast and vitamins
