Day 10/30 – 11 pounds lost.  129

Went out for a late night jog last night as was feeling vulnerable with my food and just blah. Came back and felt so much better. Working in my mind today and keeping busy. Friday went ok’ish it wasn’t 100 % perfect but it wasn’t bad either, but I will keep going until I reach where I want to be, some days are just harder than others.

That is really cool being able to get outside your comfort zone is really important I was really struggling last night but I stayed on track now I’m so glad I did 

No I didn’t Dennis. But just being in the presence of the dr who treats him when Tony Robbins is in palm beach is something. He is a  good person and wants to work with me when he does seminars. So am very grateful. Very out of my comfort zone but in order to grow I have to do these steps x how are you Doing  Dennis.

Great job  Gayle coming on to keep yourself  in the right frame of mind and getting thru the storm so far you have done fantastic keep it up I’m in the same boat right now we can do this
