Yeah, I always loved to start my day with coffee, but never realized how much of an appetite suppressant it is. It’s nice not to feel guilty about extra cups now! You’re doing great, Chloe!

Yeah, fasting helps a lot. I took a couple of 36 hour fasts spaced out during the week before I started the 5 bite diet. It’s kind of a nice way to push reset. Don’t beat yourself up too much. Just shake it off and start over. It’s a new day.

Thanks doc
Day 16
L: Vegan waffles
D: Homemade bread, and a cookie
didn’t go one bite over 5 on my meals today. Just a new mini french press for myself so I can make coffee quick and easy right after I wake up. Coffee certainly helps!

I haven’t seen her on here in a while, so I think she is continuing her project on her own. But if she ever returns I’m sure she will respond to you.
But, please go through her posts. I think that you will find them very inspirational!!

I am so tired of feeling exhausted, depressed, and ready to give up.
Yesterday I stopped 2 places for ice cream stuff. I don’t know why. I was totally out of control. And I felt sick after I got done cause I ate too much
today I feel like crap from all the sugar
I don’t have any control. I need to not eat anything and just drink water…[Read more]

I know, I’ve been inconsistent about logging my food, but I’ve been staying the course. I think this past week I felt like I needed a break from focusing on food all the time. I didn’t even want to see stuff about the absence of food if that makes any sense. I just wanted to get my bites in quickly and shift my focus off food and dieting entirely.…[Read more]

Day 15
L: vegan pizza
D: vegan sushi
And I had an extra four bites of cookie from home. Should have just saved my fifth bite. Refocusing my efforts to stick to 5 and 5. I know around the 3rd week is where I caved in my first attempt as well. Just gotta get past that.
I’m losing weight a little slower than I did last time but I think that’s…[Read more]

Hi Danica. I’m in Australia and lost some weight on this diet and need to get started again. Dr. Lewis pointed me in your direction, so tomorrow I’m going to get my act together and start. Lynda

Welcome, Yazzy! Yep. I recognize those words.
Please fill out the weight chart info so I can follow your progress very closely. I agree–you should be able to get to your goal in 1 month, but you will need to stay focused all the way through. I’m assuming you want to get to the 105 range, right? Have you started? What are you eatin…[Read more]

Hi all. I’m New here. I just signed up for a month. I’m hoping a month is all I’ll need to get to my ideal weight. I’m 5’4 and 140 lbs. After reading WWA I’ve tried and crashed several times. After having my first (only) baby I was able to go from 190 to 140 by juice fasting and eating less. I still feel big though and often get tired and ha…[Read more]

Fine. You want to feel well before you engage in a difficult venture–this is certainly a difficult (but spectacular!) venture! But keep in mind, after all is said and done, weight loss is a mind game. If you do NOTHING at all, you lose weight. You lose weight with every breath–every 4 seconds. So use whatever techniques you can find and t…[Read more]
