  • Happy Easter everyone. We do not celebrate Easter so today is a normal Sunday for us. Lazy day watching Telly and speaking to family on the phone . I am just about to have my lunch. Wasn’t hungry so having my snickers and coffee in one moment , it is 2.45 pm.

Appetite has diminished and felt a little subdued today reflecting back in the last couple of weeks. Hubby is feeling sore but back on the mend.

  • Slipped up baldy these last two days. Ate too much yesterday , and had a snack and it didn’t stop. Why I did it ….all I can think of is that I lost focus and didn’t plan my day out properly.   • Thank you both so much. Yes I hAd a Great day today. Feeling so much stronger inside. I actually hAd a ready meal tonight as it was a virtual pAssover online with the family in law in Pittsburgh. So in all honesty I was not hungry but had five bites of a Mac n cheese and it was awful. Not difficult to throw that away.
