Good Morning Everyone,

I’m back and ready to do this again! I reached my target weight only once before with the encouragement of Dr Lewis, but unfortunately I didn’t stay there long enough for my body to readjust to my new set weight.

Looking forward to do this again and this time stay I’m going to stay there forever!!

We had a great chat session tonight. I am restarting this week!!! Hope everyone is doing well!! I am working on positive self talk as one of my goals this week while sticking to the plan!! Why ‘weight’ around!! I have to hurry and get this weight off!
