With the help of Dr. Lewis and the slimming station – I have lost more than double the weight I have ever lost before!!  This time is different!  This time I am learning to enjoy all the foods – in tiny moderation!  I am finally done with all or nothing thinking!!

I love Epcot, and all the Disney Parks!!!! The funnest Disney trip I ever had was when I was in control of my eating. I am going to go to Disneyland when I reach my goal weight! It is one of my “carrots.”
