We are right in the middle of moving, but I hope to start joining into the chat once we get settled in a couple of weeks. It hasn’t been 100% smooth, but I’ve been able to pick back up and keep going on!

I’m not sure I could rewatch that since I’m so uncomfortable in front of a camera

I am happy to be back in business! I lost the vacation weight!! I also did NOT gain on my three day Easter weekend out of town mini-vacation!!

So excited that I previewed the scale this morning. My vacation weight is gone and I am back in one-derland, forever this time!!!

Hi Debra hope to see you in chat Monday night. Sounds like you’re gonna do great. I did 5 bite Years ago and lost 8 then I couldn’t do anymore. With Dr. Lewis’ help this time around, I’ve lost close to 20. I’m very happy! 7
