This week I stuck to my eating plan 5 bite strict “on”day & then off day where I ate more than 5 bite 2 x a day strict.

Even with very demanding days as I watch grandbabies.

Hello- I haven’t checked my weight since around July 15th ish & I was at 152. I didn’t get a chance to post it so I will now.

I have been off track since July 21-25 time frame.

My husband & I had some “yuck” happen to us & has left us both with broken hearts.

We are slowly on the mend as we work through it.

ive now had 2 years of food peace & the self hate talk that i would do in my head is quiet id always hear “your fat” all the time & it would really make me feel awful about myself

I think I need to create a travel 5 bite plan so when I come back I’m not back into the 170’s I will do that today after I pack.

I’ve fought too hard to get into the 150’s again. I’ve kinda let go this week as you can see with my scale numbers, the darn truth scale lol.
