I started setting timers on my phone for when to eat & that’s helped me so much!

Also using a bite count Talley app & a slow down eating app that’s helped me sharing in hopes to give ya some ideas.

Still struggling up here with my eating amount have a plan of a fast today see if I can real control back in thinking I am Going to do longer fast this week then a eating window them fast that worked for me before to get control

Well gang I’m really struggling to just have bar days that I’d share my struggle instead of just keeping the struggle inside ya know?
