When I fast for longer periods like 1-3 days I eat after that fast,  then start fasting again.

Preet, something I’ve learned is to make sure your hydrated maybe get some Gatorade zeros & sip on those with crushed ice I’m currently doing that myself! one area I’ve found is when I’m feeling weak, fluish, headache, stomach issues I have to remind myself to make sure I’m Not dehydrated. I started setting timers on my phone for when to eat & that’s helped me so much!

Also using a bite count Talley app & a slow down eating app that’s helped me sharing in hopes to give ya some ideas.
