It’s hard to post the truth when the scale isn’t going down like you want it to.

But I made a pledge to all of my 5 bite friends & I am sticking to my pledge.

I am hoping it will get me to my goal. Posting daily does make me face my previous 24hrs & then onwards I go.

Curious why your weight chart shows current weight 138 lbs when you’ve been down so much lower than that. Is there a reason your keeping it at 138 on the slimming station chart?

No biggie just curious minds want to know.

—I learned from this morning weigh in, that I need to have at least 1 Snickers for one of my meals in a day to see more weight loss the next morning. The bar is a solid 5 bites, 100% Correct. Where a five bite meal you have the risk of taking too large of bites.  I must be taking too big of bites to only loose 0.5 in 24 hrs.
