Since dinner is the only meal I make for hubby & it’s our time to rest from our day I find even though I tell myself no more eating I haven’t been strong enough to not nibble a bit here a bite there it’s affecting my weightloss.

It’s hard to post the truth when the scale isn’t going down like you want it to.

But I made a pledge to all of my 5 bite friends & I am sticking to my pledge.

Curious why your weight chart shows current weight 138 lbs when you’ve been down so much lower than that. Is there a reason your keeping it at 138 on the slimming station chart?
