11/9 eating past the 5 bite had me in pain for most of the night my stomach stretching back out & feeling nauseous 🤢 acid relux i had to peop myself up,  why why why????  its lunch & i still have a sore stomach from yesterday uhg! Motivated to not do that again anytime soon!

actual ate no food at restaurant drank diet soda & water

ate prior to resturant came home from work &  felt shaky & not well & ate more than 5 bites until i felt better ❌

Well i think with your current weight loss at almost 50lbs in 9 weeks i do believe can do just that!!! Excited to be on this journey with you.

Hmmm well if you lost 2 lbs a week that is a conservative weigh loss number for 5 bites that would be 2×20 = 40lbs!
id love to be 40lbs down by Easter with ya!
