Ate 15 bites 10 pm  why? Should have went to bed funeral & wasn’t feeling great so I ate, why though? Comfort I think for the belly full feeling, food didn’t even task good.

6/2 forgot to weigh this morning had a earlier meeting than normal so I weighed late morning/afternoon didn’t want to but I made myself step on that mean scale, cuz I’m sticking to my pledge I made to each of you.

It does make me face the truth scale even when I don’t like the numbers I see but I plan to keep doing this until I reach 148!

I slept a few more hours after that 167 wright & so out of curiosity weighed myself after I woke up & I was down to 165 so we will see what tomorrow brings come the morning weigh in.

Yesterday I was really good on bites felt zeroed in.
