5/26 168  wasn’t perfect yesterday & wasn’t perfect all weekend but I was not in the toss in the towel mode.

Crazy how just in 6 weeks you can relearn the bad habits you’ ve working so hard to unlearn for the last year + on 5 bites

J what’s your trick to not overeating at dinner time to bedtime?

Since dinner is the only meal I make for hubby & it’s our time to rest from our day I find even though I tell myself no more eating I haven’t been strong enough to not nibble a bit here a bite there it’s affecting my weightloss.

It’s hard to post the truth when the scale isn’t going down like you want it to.

But I made a pledge to all of my 5 bite friends & I am sticking to my pledge.

I am hoping it will get me to my goal. Posting daily does make me face my previous 24hrs & then onwards I go.
