Hi, I thought it would be fun to share our eating plans for being successful for the holidays.

My plan:

Monday -Wednesday only drink water until dinner 10 bites of whatever I want and will allow calorie drink with dinner

Now we are facing some tough days this week and next with Christmas & new years.

If we focus on the non holidays we should be better than most with weight gain come after the new year. 🎊

yesterday i almost ate cuz i felt shaky myself but took a hot shower & used that time to focus instead of eat i went the whole day no food until 9:30 & only 5 bites so it can be done but its not comfortable thats for sure but the scale was super rewarding this morning. -5 last week not -10 as i had hoped.

i wasn’t perfect which is why i didn’t make it to -10, it was not the diet failing me. I failed in executing it 100%
