Scale went up today :( ate very salty 5 bite meals but they were in the 5 bite zone so hoping it is the salt cuz it geeked me out a bit, will be extra strict today on my 5 bite meals & continue until the scale goes back down ill share weight later probabaly only if I lose weight from 166 happy 5 bite trails!

Its a long windy bumpy road with curves & turns hill up & down potholes, slippery, bumpy & car sickness haha some road

i do lose weight 1-2 lbs a day when i do 5 bites perfectly for lunch & dinner

ive been posting my weight in this journal for accountability even when i dont eat perfectly
