Didnt weigh this am had a rough night with little sleep

Today i ate lunch 5 bites wheat thin with cream cheese for lunch

Dinner ? 5 bites or less

7/23 @ 170 (goal to knock these pounds off this weekend i thought id have gained more as i had meals that I ate more than 5 bites which shows with +2 but i actually thought it would be a lot more) time to make it happen!

I will be not able to weigh in for a few days due to traveling, my goal is to be 165 the next time i log in,  stay tuned.

<p style=”text-align: left;”>7/14 @ 170 ate great all day then at 1o:30pm I had 5 more bites =15 bites for the day, i was so hungry & got some bad news. I know if i stayed at 10 bites for the day i would broke 170!</p>
looking back i should have had decaf coffee instead of 5 bites

not left out nope taste all just little mini bites like your a picky toddler eater lick, nibble taste and toss

time to eat like a very picky toddler who only wants their fav bites and then they want to go play

hi all 🙋‍♀️🔆ive been 174 -170-172 up down up down want to break this 170 wall ive been in & into the 160’s!!!!!

i am going to do bar days until i do break this 170 plateau, ive been in.

ill start a journal like Samantha, im hopes to be more accountable & more strict on my 5 bites

Ive been out camping ⛺️ & I lost my 5 bite focus  this last weekend thankfully i zone out just for a couple days. I have my body scale & its time to refocus & knock out some fat globuals time!

Nice to hear from all of you! We need each other cuz this way of eating is not the norm! & if we don’t get support from each other it would be very challenging to stick to it. My thoughts anyways….
