I’m just starting to be able to care take for myself again still have daughter & babies living with us but it’s not at the daily emergency level of care, thanks be to God.

I have my week planned out this week with food and will be serious m-fri & little more freedom sat & Sunday.

ive been family crisis mode most days i start out string then by dinner i tap and eat until im satisfied.

This week I stuck to my eating plan 5 bite strict “on”day & then off day where I ate more than 5 bite 2 x a day strict.

Even with very demanding days as I watch grandbabies.
