I like the oatmeal meal idea.

1 spoon of peanut butter always helps me feel satisfied.

I feel when I have a spoon full of PB it holds me over longer.

Have you tried this JT? It’s a trick I’ve learned over time.

Another trick I’ve learned is a tspn of cayenne pepper that curbs your appetite & I’ve read it helps boost your metabolism.

I’m going for a perfect 5 bite bar day tomorrow and Wednesday 

Wedding Anniversary is Thursday I’ll enjoy a dinner or movie snacks that day & then zone in for a perfect 5 bite Friday. Goal is to hit 155!
