Interesting.
I find I Dont like to eat the same thing after 2 days so I freeze meals too or I just toss them. We save so much $ on this way of eating. How?
We eat so much less in all areas its just a fact. So that allows me to not feel guilty about tossing. I know what used to be 1 meal for me is now 2-3 days worth so if I made it last past 1…[Read more]

Well done! Much more controlled, Dr A really likes us to have zero calories in our drinks & I do think that is a big factor in the scale moving lower. Try to do your next day with no calorie drinks & 5 bites you’ll then have did it perfectly!
