Still struggling up here with my eating amount have a plan of a fast today see if I can real control back in thinking I am Going to do longer fast this week then a eating window them fast that worked for me before to get control

Well gang I’m really struggling to just have bar days that I’d share my struggle instead of just keeping the struggle inside ya know? So my days are going kind of like this 1 perfect 5bite meal & maybe 2 perfect 5 bite meals but I’ve been adding a 3rd 5bite meal & that has been 50% perfect 50% not.
