Allison thank you for sharing i did that this week didnt plan on it but had a not perfect day yesterday not bad no binge just a latger amount so i countered with 100% perfect tomorrow sharlet you got this.

Yes i agree with Kylie if i take away 100% of my treats i have more of a binge session like days where is i allow a few bites in my 5 bites or even all 5 bites im happy. The reality is we are all different & thats ok. You do you boo. You got this! It aint easy but when you follow it exactly it works like nothing else!!!
