great clarification question

i do lose weight 1-2 lbs a day when i do 5 bites perfectly for lunch & dinner

ive been posting my weight in this journal for accountability even when i dont eat perfectly

Dinner 3 bites chicken pot pie 2 bites chocolate decaf coffee & cream sparkling water when i wanted more 4 hrs kater did not eat 🙌

Didnt weigh this am had a rough night with little sleep

Today i ate lunch 5 bites wheat thin with cream cheese for lunch

Dinner ? 5 bites or less
