when i get back from traveling

youve motivated me to do a bar week

im thinking 1 bar week

1 week with bites of  food

alternating each week

Kylie ive been traveling but for work. This next week will be challenging for me lots of driving but im bringing my travel scale to keep me honest. My plan, Will eat bars,  if  i have to eat at a sit down meal ill have 5 bites then coffee! Not messing around, i am ready for new numbers on the scale. Hope you’re having a blast. Sounds amazing!

So far doing good sticking to my daily plan & haven’t went off of it

dinner with friends tonight see how it goes i plan to be successful

Weekends are hard for me, maybe try this? how about try one of my tricks a diet soda instead of eating actual bites or a coffee with a little cream added that’s much better than bites of food. These help me push through rough spots.
