Hi Minesha, one thing that helps me is gum, coffee & sparkling water.

I try to of think of the hunger when it does hit me as a long run or intense work out. Dr. Lewis helped me think of hunger in this way and it helps me a lot.

Welcome Kelma what a gift finding this support, help from Dr. Lewis at age 26! I wish I joined the slimming station when I first learned about this diet as I wouldn’t have gone down all the same paths you just did for many more years. Hope to see you on the zoom meetings every Monday, I hope you can make it on, they are very helpful.

I made my goal of 159 for the bar challenge

I can share I’ve had two real bad over eating days eight after achieving this weight goal I’ve been a emotional mess. That wasn’t my plan.

Today 4-17-24 so far I have remained strong I have fasted today.

I have some extra carbon to burn before I can eat again!!!

How did you do today?

I waited to late for my first meal & I was very hungry come 4:30 i usually eat 12:30 5 bites & 6:30 5 bites. I ended up doing 10bites not my plan but I’m moving forward & on to tomorrow having decaf coffee & will be going to bed early to not snack.

Awesome Jackie! Well done! You have done better than me. Yes this string is helping today hubby swung into MCD’s  & if i wasn’t on the bar challenge I’m a sucker their cheeseburgers but I didn’t cuz of this challenge & hearing from each of you. Snickers for me for a later lunch today.

Why did the doctor say to have bar later for you?
