Ive been out camping ⛺️ & I lost my 5 bite focus  this last weekend thankfully i zone out just for a couple days. I have my body scale & its time to refocus & knock out some fat globuals time!

Nice to hear from all of you! We need each other cuz this way of eating is not the norm! & if we don’t get support from each other it would be very challenging to stick to it. My thoughts anyways….

Got off track this past weekend up 2lbs 

recommitting to 5 bite & snickers/candy bar 2x a day; today Tuesday through next Monday, goal to be in the 160’s next week!!!

great job!!! I’ve reclaimed my weight on my weight chart & now into new numbers i had bumped up +12 lbs those are now off this has been a fight for me for a few months but I’ve kept to your bar challenge this week & lunches being just a bar & dinner 5 food bites & weighing at night before bed & morning is helping me stay in the zone!  

I will join ya for bars  for lunch & dinner maybe 2-3 nights bars & rest 5 bites
