I’m totally that way too! Veg & fruit are not in my 5 bites for months now.

Its meat & dessert bites, those trump all bites for me, sometimes a high carb dish bite like mac & cheese or loaded potato.

I do that way of seeing 5 bites all the time. Its fun for me.

10/10 180 weigh in after vacation

10/3 5 bite lunch perfect lunch & dinner a Chinese buffet, I had 1 smile bite of about everything & I think it was 20 bites I felt in control & had so much fun & my mom joined in on the sampling bite fun. The time time change of 4 hrs is challenging but black & water I kept strong. I am proud of my travel days so far.
