I would suggest to not “try” it, but rather just do it. I really do think that bars are a great way to force yourself to eat just 5 bites, and they are great ways of getting started on this program. But if there is any doubt about sticking to the program (“I’ll try,”, e.g.), then do the bars for a solid three days until your hungerstat resets. …[Read more]
