But it’s just hunger, and it doesn’t last that long, and then BANG! … all of a sudden you are right back where you started and wonder how anything could have led you ast…[Read more]

Wow. That sends chills down my spine. Thank you, Susan, for sharing that! But your success is God’s intervention, not mine.

I would do the 2 bars a day. Get into that routine and DON’T CHANGE A THING. Just, monotonously, eat your bars. Drink you water and coffee. A daily multivitamin. That’s it. Time will pass, and you WILL be skinny!!!

I LOVE the idea that you just took five bites (YOUR five bites) of the bar and threw the rest away! You can use that measuring guide (YOUR bites) anywhere you go! You don’t need a scale, measuring cups, or anything else! GREAT!

He talked about that one hole for weeks–how he would replay it if he had a chance. How it would have changed his mindset going into the hole. How he would have picked out a different tar…[Read more]

Wonderful! AND, heat increases your metabolism (a little), so bundling up and staying warm is always a good thing. Being warm is also a good appetite suppressor. GREAT!

I LOVE that attitude, Rebekah! Maybe it takes 3 weeks of perfection. 21 days to extend your life by YEARS! It is well worth the sacrifice!
