Correct, Mata. Salt, by itself, has no carbon and hence has nothing to do with fat. But one should avoid taking in extra salt if they have high blood pressure, CHF, cirrhosis, or kidney disease.

That’s a tough one, Preet. Everyone is so different. And not everyone loses fat from the same place on their body. I can give you a much better idea of how many POUNDS should be lost each week, but where those pounds come from is dictated by your particular body and genes.

I love that. It’s like working a construction site for 10 hours a day. It’s hard work, but you feel really good when the project is completed.
