Bar are great, indeed, but I also want all of you to learn how to eat just 5 bites of regular food. That’s a great technique that I often forget to remind people. For some reason, counting backwards seems more definitive than counting forwards. Very good.

Shelly. I cannot emphasize this enough: DO NOT ESTIMATE. No halves or quarters of anything. Simply take 5 bites. I used to order 3-inch sub from Subway (years ago when then did that) and it’s more than 5 bites!!!
