I love your gameplay, Skinny! Now we just have to find a way to stick to it, come hell or high water, until you cross that finish line. Yes it will be hard to fend off temptations along the way, but it will be SO WORTH it in the end! We are all in this together cheering for one another!

Yep. So if you feel like tonight’s dinner, after 5 bites, wasn’t enough, fill up on the memory of all the food (extra food) you ate during Thanksgiving. Think of all the different flavors. Taste the white meat and the dark meat again–with cranberry sauce, of course! Re-taste everything in your mind, and I think you’ll find it surprisingly filling!

Great. Start as quickly as you can. That first perfect 5-bite meal sets all of the wheels in motion, and it’s downhill from there. But executing that first perfect meal is the hard part. Skip breakfast and be perfect for lunch. Then you are perfectly back on track. You WILL feel so relieved. You got this!!!

Yes, today is a free day. But be smart … be reasonable. You won’t have fond memories of this Thanksgiving if you way overeat. I give the same recommendation every year: Taste everything, finish nothing.

Indeed! Colds DO kill your appetite, and all you should be taking in is water until the cold goes away. MOST people, though, feel that eating somehow, someway makes them get better faster.
