Great. Last week is history. Done. Do you remember much of that food today? Nope. So were the extra bites with it? Nope. But what’s done is done, and we start fresh today.
Again, though (and please never forget this), life is simply AMAZING when you are thin. Simply incredible.

Right. No amount of other food or of a greater amount of food will make you feel better for very long. Worse, actually. Much worse. But, once the hunger pang ebbs, knowing that you stuck to the program, you will feel like a million bucks! So hang in there guys!!!
