To drop those extra pounds quickly, there is no better tool than the 5BD. EXACTLY! The food sitting in front of you at your next meal will be out of your mind in such a short period of time. It’s NEVER work eating an excess amount of it–until you are skinny and need the extra food.

Exactly right, Catherine! And engaging in this journey builds your will and self control much like lifting weights builds muscle. The more often you focus on eating just five bites, the stronger your brain/will power becomes and the easier the rest of the journey becomes.

When you find yourself plateauing (like the last 3 day), go back to 5 normal (which may seem like smallish) bites twice a day. Not a crumb more. Being this precise and this perfect is HARD, but that is how we break through the plateau. GO FOR IT!!!
