Exercise is entirely up to you–you do not need to exercise, but if you do, your body will get all the fuel it needs from the fat that is stored. I recommend continuing with your current exercise routine.

A 2.07 oz Snickers Bar contains 5 bites, the way I envision them. If you chose to eat smaller bites great. Just what ever your bite size is, please stick with it. But this isn’t hard–just eat whatever, and once you’ve had five bites you are done. It’s that easy. Very small variations in size won’t make a difference.

In my book, I use the size of a 2.07 oz (snack-sized) Snicker’s Bar as a complete meal. Image what that amount of food is, and eat just that amount of food for every meal. If you do, you will get to your goal quickly and almost effortlessly. It is frankly unbelievable how quickly you will achieve perfect health.
