In my book, I use the size of a 2.07 oz (snack-sized) Snicker’s Bar as a complete meal. Image what that amount of food is, and eat just that amount of food for every meal. If you do, you will get to your goal quickly and almost effortlessly. It is frankly unbelievable how quickly you will achieve perfect health.

– you may have any drink as long as it doesn’t contain calories (or very few of them). Once you reach your weight loss goal, you will be able to consume a lot more calories, which means drinking sugary drinks, larger meals, etc. You will figure that out. there will always be things that you can blame for eating more than you should. ALWAYS. Those problems will (usually) work out for the better, but they don’t improve with eating more. In fact, if you eat more, you will feel only worse, and make the entire situation worse. So just stay focused on priority #1 — your health.
