Your bowel movements should slow down to about once per week, if you are doing what I have suggested perfectly.

I don’t know exactly why you lost so little weight. My guess is your bites were much bigger than you realized. But regardless, one way or another, you are taking in the calories. Exercise is entirely up to you–you do not need to exercise, but if you do, your body will get all the fuel it needs from the fat that is stored. I recommend continuing with your current exercise routine.

A 2.07 oz Snickers Bar contains 5 bites, the way I envision them. If you chose to eat smaller bites great. Just what ever your bite size is, please stick with it. But this isn’t hard–just eat whatever, and once you’ve had five bites you are done. It’s that easy. Very small variations in size won’t make a difference.
