10/11/25 Day 4 366 – yay! Feeling really good. So pleased I made it through the first 3 days. They always feel like the hardest.

To be honest, I kept waiting for some kind of motivation to hit me in the face but the truth is, it is discipline. Thats what it takes. Brave of me to say just 3 days in, but I know it is what will carry me through to reach my goal
