The hunger and cravings ALWAYS pass. Think of them as waves that crash on the shore. Feel and notice them coming and watch them crash into calm waters that recede back into the place from whens it came.

Dinner tonight – 1 bite of vegan hot dog, 3 bites of vegetarian baked beans, 1 bit of snickers.

Brewing some coffee now as my after meal treat.

I am full and satisfied. I do not have the urge to eat more. Yay!

Yeah, I would love to come back having lost weight. Going to try to post each evening.

It was fine for the last 2 hours. I find it uncomfortable now. Not horrible. But I am thinking of my next meal already.

Yes actually…still pretty hungry. Started bars yesterday. 1 for lunch, 1 for dinner. Just had my lunch bar for today. Been trying to find ways to distract myself during those hunger moments

Awesome job! I try to drink extra water or tea every hour. It seemed to keep my headaches away.
