Hello Slimming! Welcome! I can’t wait to watch you move through this process!
I love your frame of mind. The trick for you is going to be dealing with social pressures to eat. I think for now the best thing is to isolate yourself from them. Do everything possible to avoid eating with other people, and stick to your bars for each meal when…[Read more]

Awesome work! Have a great time out to lunch ^^ Throwing away what you don’t eat in those situations is so satisfying, isn’t it? It’s such a validating example of self-control

Thank you, Susan! I’ll keep those in mind ^^
Official starting weight- 355. It’s the upper range of what my scale can read, and it wouldn’t settle, but it kept fluctuating between 354 and 355 so I’m going with 355 for day one. I will update on here every day and every new week I’ll update in the weight tracker.

Out of exhaustion, I forgot to come back in and report on my day.
I had planned on fasting all day which I did not accomplish and I am bummed about that.
I did however stay under 10 bites for the day. Which is good.
I drank so much water trying to avoid eating that I feel very bloated even today! My eyes are real puffy too. I e…[Read more]

The gum is working great! Had one piece when I gave them breakfast and another piece when I gave them lunch. We went for a nice walk to get out of the house in between.
Now they are napping and I am too wired from the caffeinated gum and 4 cups of coffee to sleep! Going to read the good book….

So today is Wednesday, the day that I babysit my 3 year old twin granddaughters. This is the day I most often slip because I prepare 3 meals plus snacks for them. Plus, unlike my house, there is delicious food every where. My son and his wife always invite me to eat whatever I want, and although I know I am 5 biting, the temptation is always…[Read more]
