    Day 4 of maintenance, and my weight has dropped again, so I’m affording myself 6 bites per meal today.

    A cruise sounds lovely! It would be an excercise in portion control to attend a cruise buffet.

    I’m looking forward to seeing where this journey will take me, food and other things. I’m interested again now in going shopping for a particular sausage tomorrow. I’ll do it if I still want to tomorrow. I can have the sausage.
