Hello! How are you all doing? It’s been awhile. I saw a few pretty recent posts, but was wondering how everyone is doing? I want to celebrate with you all and cheer you on as we do this together
Today is day 2 for me. I feel pretty great! I had my tea this morning and had my first snickers bar at lunch. Yesterday I weighed in at 169lbs. I’…[Read more] -

Exactly right. But there’s nothing that feels as good as when you succeed in achieving your own personal goals. So set those benchmarks and hold yourself accountable. But also enjoy the process. You are able to do something that very few other people are willing to do themselves. And it feels SO GOOD to be able to d that. Take a few bites…[Read more]

Coming back here is the first step when things seem out of control. But you have taken that first step and are on your way. Might you be able to join me tonight at the chat?

hi all!
Back on it! Almost back to my start weight
Decided to keep a journal/log to keep myself focused and remember why I’m doing this. I can’t keep making excuses to keep eating extra food and expect different results. Must be accountable for myself 100%. I am the only person eating more food than I need too.

It fun when you are on track. It’s exciting. You are filled with hope and optimism. You can only imagine how much better your life is gong to be when you are finished losing weight. And all of these feelings are far better than the enjoyment you get from eating. So don’t take that 6th bite–ever! Avoid snacking. Welcome the hunger. Do wh…[Read more]

Hi everyone!!
I am back for some much overdue weight loss.
On Christmas Eve 2019, as an active member of The Slimming Station, I dipped under my initial goal of 120 and weighed in at 117 pounds. I was never happier. I looked amazing and felt incredible. It was all I ever dreamed of and more!
Now, 36 weeks later …I am up 36 pounds.
I just w…[Read more]

I am very excited! Over the past few days I lost almost 4 pounds. I have tried to be very careful about my diet, exercise, and anything else that will help me reach my goals. Because of this I revised my weight loss goal from 160 lbs to 150 lbs. I think, I hope, I pray that this happens! Rejoice with me!

Hi welcome to the forum Judy! I believe that Michael’s videos begin the end of August 2015 to the beginning of October 2015. It is somewhere in there but they are really inspiring!

Hi Jaz. Again, the BEST way to suppress your appetite is to eat a constant, set VOLUME of food and never change that volume–EVER–until you are done. But, if you need an additional aid to help control hunger, then you are going to have to take some kind of stimulant. The most conventional is caffeine. But all stimulants can worsen your anx…[Read more]

“might I recommend adding Lexapro to your regimen (5 or 10 mg) and take a FULL phentermine tab. This regimen is really good for controlling your hunger but reducing the increased anxiety that can come from Phentermine”
I suffer from anxiety as well. Is there any combination of supplements I can take over the counter in Canada that can supress…[Read more]

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!! The first time is a huge monumental feat! Now that the food is gone, PLEASE don’t justify snacking or extra bites at your next meal–rather, cement the great gains you’ve made by continuing to throw everything else away. It really is doable, and the more you do it, the easier it gets. Then, before you know it, your hun…[Read more]
