Hello,
My name is serenity and I am new here. I am going to need to have some support, I tried to do it alone and fail greatly.
So I took a chance on myself and purchased this in hopes I will be successful. -

I’m glad you are back on track. Whenever you fall down, find the strength to stand back up as quickly as you can. Food often accompanies celebration, but wouldn’t it be something–unique, powerful, extraordinary–to celebrate by NOT eating? Try it sometime!!

Oh, man, what a Sunday it was, followed by two other days!
First off, yes, Chiefs…Superbowl Champs – in dramatic fashion as always. That was a great Sunday, but unfortunately the high became super low for me. First, I ate great and stuck to my 10 bites – very happy about that, however literally 5 minutes after we celebrated the clock going to…[Read more]

Holidays and vacation are done. Back up to 174 unfortunately, as of last Friday (about a 10lb gain from December’s alcohol related festivities and heavy dinners). Started back up on 5BD today, and it went well. Snickers for lunch and dinner.
I spoke to my orthopedic doctor last week. He wants to see me stronger and leaner in the next few mon…[Read more]

Good luck! (post-hoc)
1st: Congrats on the Chief’s great victory. It was a great game!
2nd: How did you do?

Thanks, Dr. Lewis – I definitely can’t wait to feel like that. It is going to be a huge test.
Day 4 Entry: 2/1/2020
I think the curry was great, but maybe too soupy – and I remember in the book calorie heavy soup is hard to quantize. I felt full much sooner last night than I usually do, so I did not expect to lose too much weight. To my…[Read more]

Brilliant work! Yes–tomorrow will be a challenge … but just imagine how AMAZING you will feel on Monday if 1. your team wins, and 2. (and by far the more important) you hold true to the diet. Just imagine that feeling. You did it! For many years to come you’ll be able to talk about how, way back on Super Bowl LIV, when you with all your fam…[Read more]

Great. That’s it! Now, can you power through again tomorrow?
(Just think how many people are going to wake up Monday morning 5 pounds heavier than ever. From the moment you wake up you will already be that much in weight ahead of them.)

Thanks, Dr. Lewis! Resilience is what’s possible! Today was a testing day because it was filled with “goodies” at the office with a chilli-cook-off and popcorn specials.
Day 3 Entry: 1/31/2020
Chilli is one of my favorites, but the night before, after I had my 5 bites, my parents brought some leftover goat curry – smelled amazing! I resisted…[Read more]

Thanks, Dr. Lewis! Cheer away – this momentum is strong right now. Just have to remain 100% focused over the weekend. It’s Superbowl weekend afterall – and I’m in KC, a Chiefs fan, as is my entire family – haha. I will stay strong!
Day 2 Entry: 1/30/2020
I knew I would lose a couple. It was clockwork yesterday. 3 bites of salami sandwich and 2…[Read more]
