Today went great and I stuck with bars. Definitely going to stick with bars for the month of April. I have a really hard time stopping myself from taking extra bites if there is any food left. Excited to weigh in tomorrow but I also don’t expect a big loss since I had some slip ups this week.

Definitely ate over 5 bites at dinner I think I did too much exercise between cleaning and going on a big walk in our property. I was ravenous and really wanted to eat meat and not candy. I didn’t eat anything extra after that at least and I’m back in track so far today.
