Great job, and CONGRATULATIONS!!

Such a small loss for this week – my little slip up last weekend cost me a whole week of weight loss.  Thankfully I am so busy with work right now that I’ve had no time to slip up.  That is also bad though, because coming here helps me mentally.

Made it through the weekend on plan which is always a bit more challenging.

I did a good amount of exercise and also feel good about this.

I am hoping to get to 118 by christmas. That’s 4 pounds in 11 dieting days. Who knows, maybe I will get to 116/117 – my goal??

That is so true!  I love it!!!

The only hunger I feel is head hunger at this point, usually when the coworkers are eating lunch, or a vendor brings in snacks.  Most of the time I just feel “empty” which is so much better than being over-stuffed!
