    You are perfectly on track.  This is so exciting!  And just think: already 4 days of this relatively short journey are already behind you!  4 of the hardest days are behind you!  This is getting good, but please don’t let off the gas pedal.  We want to FLY through the finish line before you do.  Great work! :yahoo:

  • Today has been a good one thus far. Day 4 for me, I started Friday so I could have the weekend to work through the tough part. Now it’s easier and I have work to distract me.

    I’ll be having the same food, lunch and dinner, same volume. Lots of coffee, plenty of water.

  • I’ve done this diet unsuccessfully quite a few times. I always end up with some excuse to eat more bits or just give in to a craving. I’ve only been slowly gaining since I left and need the accountability of being here. Today is day one and I’m focused on making it through today. Excited to see the scale move down and not up!

    had a snickers for lunch and mushrooms on toast for dinner.
    fell asleep after with cup of tea in hand.
