  • Sunday is here already . Having a rest day and taking time out to do self care things for me . Hardly ever take the time to do this but being more productive and organized is life changing .
    I have started a financial course online too so am keeping busy and very excited about how much I have progressed these last six days

    I had a great day yesterday with work , my eating and hunger . My hunger stat is set as now when I eat my lunchtime bar I am full , same with my dinner last night . I feel like I have eaten a huge plate of food, no hunger whatsoever .

    Yesterday was a great day . Had my lunch bar five bites and around 4.00 I started to feel my first hunger pains to the point where it felt a little nauseous .   • I found some Probiotics (Bio-X) that is helping me tremendously.  I just started them yesterday.  But sugar cravings are so much less!   Energy is up due to green tea in them.  And I feel so much better.  I need to be careful jot to overdue walking and taking care of grandchildren   It causes pain which causes my appetite to change.…[Read more]
